Delivery
If you are sending items as gifts, please add your message to the order note box before checking out.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched within 4 to 7 working days, although we will always do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. If an order is urgent please do let us know (VIA EMAIL) and we will do our best to accommodate a shorter turn around time.
All of our products are carefully wrapped in robust packaging to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. If any items arrive damaged please let us know within 48 hours so that we can resolve.
Returns Policy
If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
